General Statement: We are looking for a highly-motivated, experienced, creative, and proven leader who can be successfully measured along three key metrics: 1. True sales experience and the ability to build and lead a strong sales organization 2. Demonstrated success in a multi-million dollar sales and marketing capacity 3. Big-picture aptitude to successfully combine creative selling, corporate partnerships, marketing, and 360-degree brand building for a new stadium Job Summary: Executive is responsible for the development and coordination of revenue growth strategies (including sourcing, sales, and pricing) within corporate partnerships and sponsorship (including, but not limited to, founding partnerships, media, broadcasting, corporate sponsorship, hospitality, etc). Executive will work closely with and potentially oversee Club’s marketing efforts with respect to brand development, developing new and unique revenue streams, creating a customer data warehouse and branding for new 49ers stadium. Executive shall plan, develop, organize, implement, lead and evaluate the organization’s mid-term (Candlestick) and long-term (new stadium) strategic direction within corporate partnerships and sponsorship.
