Digital Media Assistant (Intern) - Forty Niners Football Company (Santa Clara, CA)

The Digital Media Assistant will help the 49ers digital media team with the maintenance and growth of 49ers.com. Responsible for posting, scheduling and prioritizing site and app content. Will help create daily/monthly content calendars.


Areas of Responsibility:

  • Post highlight and press conference videos to 49ers.com and mobile app
  • Publish editorial content including photo galleries and videos and update the 49ers homepage with new content as needed
  • Cut images in Photoshop for appropriate web and social specifications
  • Assist with site maintenance of key pages including roster, team bios etc.
  • Occasional assistance with light written content
  • Complete a 49ers.com site audit to help clear and delete outdated pages
  • Assist with pulling site reports as needed (Omniture experience a plus)
  • Assist with social media initiatives as needed (particularly on game day)
  • Perform additional duties as assigned from time-to-time by Senior
  • Manager of Digital & Social Media as well as Digital Media Strategist


Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study is required
  • Experience in the sports industry and/or social and digital media preferred
  • Must demonstrate an extensive working knowledge of the major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Twitter, Vine)
  • Previous experience working with various CMS is strongly suggested
  • Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop a must and design acumen desired
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and balance multiple projects
  • Strong communication skills, and willing to work in a team environment
  • Versatility, organization, responsibility and dependability an absolute must

Sales & Marketing: Ticket Operations
Part-Time Ticket Operations Representative - Forty Niners Football Company (Santa Clara, Ca)

The Ticket Operations Representative reports to the Manager of Ticket Operations and responsibilities are to cover all aspects of ticket operations, including but not limited to support in the following areas:

  • 49ers gameday and Levi’s Stadium event ticket operations & services
  • Levi’s Stadium tour program ticketing
  • Invoicing and collection support
  • Ticket fulfillment
  • Customer service

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Work 49ers gamedays and other non-49ers Levi’s Stadium events, including day-to-day support of the Levi’s Stadium tour program.
  • Provide in-person and telephone customer service for tickets, seating and schedule inquiries.
  • Handle incoming inquiries on 49ers and Levi’s Stadium event tour ticket sales.
  • Sort general mail and e-mail correspondence from customers and fans.
  • Assist in fulfilling general requests for ticket information, schedules and various account service matters.
  • Perform work through team’s ticketing database, Archtics, and CRM solution, MS Dynamics, to support necessary ticket sales, service and operations tasks.
  • Assist in selling and payment processing on accounts for tickets (season, single, other) and parking.
  • Process 49ers Museum and Levi’s Stadium Tour orders and support necessary tour schedule maintenance.
  • Help fulfill season and other ticket packages for customers as necessary.
  • Assist season ticket holders requiring gameday wheelchair sales and exchanges.
  • Maintain accurate and balanced window ticket sales and workstation banks for necessary reconciliation.
  • Perform box office and will-call duties, including at remote service locations, for 49ers gameday and Levi’s Stadium events.
  • Have full knowledge of all gameday policies, procedures, and stadium facts.
  • Additional related duties as determined.

Essential Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or currently pursuing degree) from a four year accredited college preferred, OR equivalent sports ticket sales, service and operations experience.
  • Ability to work flexible hours as needed, including weekends and holidays. 
  • Must be able to work all home games.
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills.
  • TM/Archtics experience a plus.
  • Ability to work both 49ers gameday and Levi’s Stadium events/tours as needed.

Member Experience Intern - San Francisco 49ers (Santa Clara, CA)

Job Description

The San Francisco 49ers Stadium Management company is seeking to fill the role of Member Experience Intern. The focus of the internship is centered around the Faithful Rewards program with additional responsibilities that will fall under the Member Experience and larger Premium Service Department. Those responsibilities should require a maximum work load being at 30 hours per week including both game days and non-game days with responsibility specifics detailed below. The duration of the internship is anticipated to be from July through at least the end of the season (exact dates TBD based on departmental needs).

Game Day Responsibilities to include (but not limited to):

  • Being the Face of Faithful Rewards at a location on the concourse answering questions, helping troubleshoot potential issues
  • Assisting in organizing members for field access, mascot/cheerleader meet-ups, etc.
  • Escorting members for field access, mascot/cheerleader meet-ups, etc.
  • Managing potential game day fulfillment of redemption items
  • Managing email inquiries requiring day-of coordination
  • Additional Faithful Rewards and Golden Opportunities related Game Day tasks

Day-to-Day Responsibilities to include (but not limited to):

  • Managing Faithful Rewards email account
  • Managing rewards fulfillment with our distribution partner
  • Managing Faithful Rewards inventory with our inventory and rewards platform
  • Providing critical feedback to management on the tenor of interactions and engagement with members
  • Additional Faithful Rewards and Golden Opportunities related Day-to-Day tasks

Email Marketing Coordinator - San Francisco 49ers (Santa Clara, CA)

Looking for a highly-motivated email marketing coordinator to help manage the set-up, quality assurance, deployment and reporting of transactional and marketing email campaigns from the San Francisco 49ers and Levi’s® Stadium.

Responsibilities

  • Create and execute email marketing campaigns for team branded, stadium branded and internal communication – this includes email code, template designs, copywriting, calls-to-action, database segmentations, scheduling and reporting
  • Prepare Photoshop files which include slicing/resizing images
  • Build list segmentations based on email, web and customer behavior
  • Monitor subscription lists and work on ways to improve list quality
  • Perform quality assurance tests to ensure emails render correctly across a wide variety of email clients, browsers and devices for a consistent user experience
  • Maintain a monthly email performance report using important key performance indicators within all email campaigns
  • Responsible for data hygiene, email deliverability, segmentation and A/B testing

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 2+ years of email marketing; CRM experience preferred
  • 1+ year of Marketo experience
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, handle multiple projects simultaneously and implement last-minute changes as needed
  • Intermediate HTML and Photoshop skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Job Overview:  The San Francisco 49ers are looking for a highly motivated, coachable individual with a passion to build a career in sports.  We’re currently hiring for a Suite Sales Consultant primarily responsible for selling multi-year suite leases and various 3rd party event suites for the 49ers and Levi’s® Stadium. The Suite Sales Consultant should be a professional, highly motivated self-starter with a positive attitude.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2-4 years of prior B2B sales experience
  • Prior experience selling six figure suite partnerships in sports preferred  
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field from an accredited college or university 
  • Proven ability to work in a team-oriented environment and effectively influence and communicate with C-level clients
  • Professional  verbal and written communication skills
  • Candidate should possess excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with a focus on Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation for offsite meetings and sales presentations
