Part-Time Ticket Operations Representative - San Francisco 49ers (Santa Clara, CA)

The Ticket Operations Representative reports to the Manager of Ticket Operations and responsibilities are to cover all aspects of ticket operations, including but not limited to support in the following areas:

  • 49ers gameday and Levi’s Stadium event ticket operations & services
  • Levi’s Stadium tour program ticketing
  • Invoicing and collection support
  • Ticket fulfillment
  • Customer service

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Work 49ers gamedays and other non-49ers Levi’s Stadium events, including day-to-day support of the Levi’s Stadium tour program.
  • Provide in-person and telephone customer service for tickets, seating and schedule inquiries.
  • Handle incoming inquiries on 49ers and Levi’s Stadium event tour ticket sales.
  • Sort general mail and e-mail correspondence from customers and fans.
  • Assist in fulfilling general requests for ticket information, schedules and various account service matters.
  • Perform work through team’s ticketing database, Archtics, and CRM solution, MS Dynamics, to support necessary ticket sales, service and operations tasks.
  • Assist in selling and payment processing on accounts for tickets (season, single, other) and parking.
  • Process 49ers Museum and Levi’s Stadium Tour orders and support necessary tour schedule maintenance.
  • Help fulfill season and other ticket packages for customers as necessary.
  • Assist season ticket holders requiring gameday wheelchair sales and exchanges.
  • Maintain accurate and balanced window ticket sales and workstation banks for necessary reconciliation.
  • Perform box office and will-call duties, including at remote service locations, for 49ers gameday and Levi’s Stadium events.
  • Have full knowledge of all gameday policies, procedures, and stadium facts.
  • Additional related duties as determined.

Essential Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or currently pursuing degree) from a four year accredited college preferred, OR equivalent sports ticket sales, service and operations experience.
  • Ability to work flexible hours as needed, including weekends and holidays. 
  • Must be able to work all home games.
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills.
  • TM/Archtics experience a plus.
  • Ability to work both 49ers gameday and Levi’s Stadium events/tours as needed.

Special Events Sales Representative - San Francisco 49ers (Santa Clara, CA)

Special Event Sales – Levi’s® Stadium (home of the San Francisco 49ers) (Santa Clara, CA)

The Speical Events team oversees and operates all private catered events at Levi’s Stadium. We are searching for qualified Event Sales Managers to sell special events year-round at the iconic location in the Bay Area. This position will be under the leadership of Vice President of Special Events as well as the on-site Manager of Event Sales.

The Venue:

Opened in the Summer of 2014 Levi’s Stadium has quickly become a premier destimation for events of all kinds. In addition to serving as the home of one of the most recognizable sports franchises in the world, the San Francisco 49ers, the stadium has also been the backdrop to numerous concerts, soccer matches, NHL Stadium Series, WWE Wrestlemania and Super Bowl 50.  Levi’s Stadium not only boasts a 68,500 seat capacity, but also contains roughly 400,000 square feet of space to be utilized for corporate and social events.  Located in Silicon Valley, in the heart of innovation, Levi’s Stadium has positioned itself as the premier venue for those seeking a new and creative way to host their events.

Job Description:

The Special Event Sales Representative will be responsible for generating private event revenue from sales through various outreach channels including their own network of contacts and incoming leads. Additionally, they will pro-actively assist in developing future programs that will benefit Levi’s Stadium’s long-term sales goals.

  • Exceed monthly and yearly revenue targets set forth by Management.
  • Build relationships to provide repeat business.
  • Proactively create opportunities for new business with existing customers.
  • Provide superior and professional customer service to clients.
  • Perform some responsibilities on day of events, including entertaining clients and fulfilling large group commitments.
  • Maintain the required amount of outbound sales calls set by Management. 
  • Research, analyze, and develop special event profit generating opportunities.
  • Proactively solicit new business by, among other things, making sales calls and presentations, attending local trade shows, and engaging in other client prospecting in order to increase the size of the Organization’s potential client database.
  • Create leads and develop long-term relationships in the event planning, production, and promotion communities, and with other relevant companies, organizations, and groups.

Job Qualifications:

  • Three to five years of related experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience and/or training.
  • Resourceful, innovative and forward-thinking, with an entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Expertise in financial analysis and planning, budgeting, and marketing.
  • Working knowledge of local and regional markets, venue operations, and special events industries.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to effectively evaluate risks and liabilities of special events and venue rentals.
  • Be adept at negotiating with clients when required within the guidelines set.
  • Excellent self-accountability for high personal standards of conduct and professionalism
  • Process-oriented, highly organized, fast and accurate, able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in spreadsheet, database, and word processing programs.
  • Ability to work non-traditional hours (nights, weekends and holidays as necessary).

Sales & Marketing: Graphic Design/Creative Services
Motion Graphic Designer – Social Media - San Francisco 49ers (Santa Clara, ca)

Position Overview

As a key member of the 49ers design team, the Motion Graphic Designer will focus on creating motion graphics and static designs supporting all social media platforms.

Areas of Responsibility

• Create animated and static content for Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Snapchat, etc.

• Work in conjunction with the Art Director and Graphic Designers to further develop and make use of storytelling opportunities within the 49ers brand

•  Using tools such as Adobe After Effects and Adobe Photoshop and a keen eye on social media developments, help progress and create storytelling opportunities that arise throughout the NFL season. 

•  Create static and animated infographics

• Work in tandem with the 49ers studios team to implement captured video / audio footage to build industry-leading social content

•  Build design templates for social media platforms

• Collaborate with the 49ers photography team to build art that brings photography to life

• Using knowledge of audio and music editing, appropriately apply music and sound into animated pieces.


A minimum of 2-3 years of graphic design and motion graphics experience. Extensive demonstrated knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator. Experience with 3D software such as Cinema 4D. Deep understanding of typography, layout, color grading and current design trends. Experience in audio editing tools (Adobe Audition, Pro Tools, Logic X). Demonstrated good communication, teamwork and learning skills. Versatility, organization, responsibility and dependability an absolute must. College degree required and/or equivalent experience.
