Accounting Intern - San Francisco 49ers (Santa Clara, CA)

Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated intern for the Accounting Department. The duration of the internship will be from three to six months.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  •  Review and verify data on various reports
  •  Review GL detail to reconcile differences
  •  Assist in creating the fixed asset sub ledger for the stadium
  •  Create reports/charts as directed
  •  Ad hoc requests from internal management
  •  Other duties as assigned

Required Skills & Abilities:

  • Proficient with various MS applications including Excel
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to be flexible and resourceful in response to changing priorities and needs
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Knowledge of GAAP accounting
  • Analytical skills
  • Time management to ensure timely completion of given tasks
  • Customer service to internal customers

                   

Education/Experience:

  • Must be at least a Junior in college.
  • Introductory Accounting course completed

Photography Intern - San Francisco Forty Niners (Santa Clara, CA)

Summary of Position:

The San Francisco 49ers are currently searching for an individual to work alongside the lead Team Photographer.  Highly motivated, energetic, and talented applicants will be reviewed for the position of photography intern.

The Photography Intern will be asked to assist on assignments, go on solo assignments and update and maintain the internal photo archival data base program.  Along with these key duties, uploading and adding metadata to current and archival data / imagery to help create a newly acquired archival system will be a focus.

 Areas of Responsibility:

 Assist team photographer on weekly photo shoots and in all areas of service

Provide support in daily photography services

Learn photo archival database systems and applications

Catalogue and maintain existing and historic photographs

Master digital work flow processes

Provide game day photography services (i.e. uploading, editing, gripping.)

Manage digital media to ensure file quality is maintained via backups

Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Must have photography background

Experience in using a Digital SLR Camera, ability to shoot a must

Qualified candidates must possess superior organizational skills

Able to multi-task in a fast-paced setting

Knowledge of editing applications such as Photoshop, Lightroom, Photo Mechanic

Knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint (Mac or PC)

Ability to work flexible hours throughout the entire week (including weekends)

Understanding of high production/post process

Demonstrated good communication and learning skills
