Security Systems Coordinator - Forty Niners Stadium Management Company (Santa Clara, CA)

JOB SUMMARY

  • Responsible for assisting with any installation, service and maintenance of Levi’s® Stadium and SAP Training Facility’s access control, CCTV, and other security-related systems. 
  • Ensures system and testing documentation is up-to-date and current.  Works with Security Supervisor / Management and internal departments to ensure integration / installation and potential upgrades of security hardware and software will function with all current technology.
  • Provides reports for discrepancies and problems with systems and recommends solutions. Stays abreast of new technology and equipment for security related systems. Assists with the verification of repair work and new installations done by outside contractors.
  • Completes projects as assigned and responds to special requests. Documents and completes all work requests as defined by Management.
  • Performs other duties as required. Must be able to work a flexible schedule based on operational needs. Schedule may include evenings and weekends.

    RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Install and/or upgrade hardware and software on servers/clients for Access Control, CCTV and Visitor Management Security systems
  • Provide support to end users in the department and other internal groups within the Levi’s Stadium and SAP Training Center, while maintaining system security and stability.
  • Provides Help Desk Support to internal users. Responsibilities include troubleshooting of hardware, software and operating system problems, tracking of issues and solution.
  • Troubleshoot problems of a technical nature.
  • Work with internal groups and Security Management to schedule Genetec & Morpho CCTV / Access control  systems maintenance and upgrades in such a way as to provide for minimal down time (Before or after regular business hours).
  • Maintain security and integrity of the systems and the network.
  • Assist in the research, development, testing, and implementation of new hardware software and firmware that functions, with all security and visitor systems.
  • Assist in the research, development, and execution of policies and procedures necessary to maintain efficient operations of the existing and potentially any new systems .
  • Assist with routine audits of streaming quality by regular maintenance and troubleshooting (i.e., rebooting cameras when necessary, routine maintenance and upgrades, cleaning and servicing of camera housings, focus, etc.)
  • Assist with and provide recommendations to Management / Supervisor for vendor consultations and potential installation bids.
  • Assist with installing conduit and installing/pulling cable and wire
  • Mounting panels, field devices, computers, power supplies
  • Assist with programming, set-up, testing systems
  • Assist end users on proper usage and care of workstations and proper use of security systems equipment.
  • Answers and responds to trouble calls and inquiries in an efficient manner.
  • Ability to follow safety requirements.
  • May be required to be available by telephone after hours during the week and on the weekends for system support.
  • Assist with programming and networking configurations of all our IP based equipment.
  • Ability to replace / install card readers, edge devices and other access control hardware
  • Perform door strikes, maglocks, and crash bars inspections and provide guidance & recommendations to management.
  • Performs other duties as required

  • Coldstore Storage Certified
  • Morpho Trak Secure Admin System Certified
